We only collect the data you provide to us voluntarily: name, email and, where applicable, phone number, company and description of your project (project form), or the email address entered to receive a report from our free tools. Website addresses and descriptions entered into our tools are recorded to provide the service and prevent misuse.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, send you the requested report and follow up on your project commercially. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR / UK GDPR, Article 6).
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for AiguelWeb. It passes through our technical service providers: database hosting, email delivery service (Resend) and artificial intelligence service (Anthropic) for the free tools. To be completed: data location and transfer safeguards
